Shire Salcey 8ft x 8ft Mini Log Cabin Playhouse

The Salcey is an authentic mini log cabin for your children! It is a playhouse that is a wonderfully different design. It is constructed in the traditional log cabin method using 28mm individual log boards built up off the t&g floor which sits on pressure treated joists. There are two opening windows. The cabin is manufactured from high grade, slow grown, FSC approved, northern European pine. The playhouse is supplied untreated so you will need to apply preservative immediately after installation. This playhouse complies with BS EN 71 the safety standard and carries the CE mark.

• Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

• When siting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.
